Established in 2020, Inara Centre for Rehabilitation, provides the services of internationally qualified and licensed professionals
who offer evidence based early detection and intervention for individuals with various disabilities.

Who We Are

Nazmin A. A, MSLP

Founder- Director, INARA

Nazmin is a Speech Language Pathologist. She has completed her Bachelors in Speech and Hearing and Masters in Speech Language Pathology from All India Institute of Speech and Hearing (AIISH, Mysore).
She is also certified in Oral placement therapy (OPT- Level 2), PECS and PROMPT introductory level.
She is a dedicated and passionate about working with children and adults with communication difficulties.

Namita. Panekat, B.O.Th

Founder- Director, INARA

Namita completed her bachelors in Occupational Therapy from Seth G. S. Medical College and K.E.M. Hospital under the Maharashtra University of Health Sciences. She is trained and certified in Therapeutic Listening Program, WEE-FIMS, Neurodevelopmental Therapy, Sensory Integration and the Handwriting Without Tears Curriculum. She is a passionate and committed professional with over 12 years of progressive experience in both paediatric and general rehabilitation. Her geographical exposure includes about 6 years of middle east experience and the remaining years of both Indian and African experience.

Anjali Lisa Joseph, B.O.T

Occupational Therapist, INARA

Anjali completed her Bachelors in Occupational Therapy from Manipal College of Health Profession under Manipal Academy of Higher Education, Karnataka. She is a registered practitioner with All India Occupational Therapy Association membership. She has exposure to working with pediatric clients as a part of voluntary work as well as an internship. She has worked as an Occupational Therapy In- charge of the Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Department for a hospital in Kerala. She is passionate and dedicated to providing client- centred and play- based treatment processesfor children. She has also worked with the adult population with various diagnoses in different medical departments.

Akhila Chalil

Psychologist cum Behavioural Therapist

Akhila, completed her B.Sc (Hons) in Psychology and M.Sc (Hons) in Clinical and Counselling Psychology from Central University of Karnataka. She is a committed and motivated psychologist having extensive experience and success in supporting children in crises to propel their social-emotional learning and growth. She is committed to reinforcing positive feelings and behaviours in children.
She has also worked as community counsellor in both online and offline settings.

Parvathy Venad

Psychologist cum ABA Therapist

Parvathy is a Psychologist and ABA (Applied Behaviour Analysis) therapist. She has completed her bachelor’s degree in psychology at Calicut university. She also completed ABAT course from ABA board. Currently she is pursuing her MA in Clinical Psychology from Indira Gandhi National Open University. She has completed basic level training in Client Centered Therapy from the Institute of Counselling and Transactional Analysis. Parvathy has previous experience of working as a behaviour therapist and has done her internship at Child Development Center, Medical College,Trivandrum. She is a passionate and dedicated therapist who promises to provide best behaviour modification techniques for the improvement of the child along with parental skill training.

Anjitha T S

Special Educator

Anjitha. T.S is a licensed and certified special educator, who has graduated from Nirmala Sadan Training College for Special Education, Muvattupuzha. She has gained experience by working as a lecturer in special education from Nirmala Sadan Training College for Special Education. She has also worked as a special educator at Happy Tree Center for Child Development. She is experienced in conducting IEP, group teaching, inclusive education& resource teaching for children with ID, LD, ASD. She is a passionate and highly driven individual who partakes a greater sense of happiness, joy and pride in her profession wherein she is able to contribute to the society by always giving out a hand of help and healing with her education and career.

Thasni T.N

Special Educator

Thasni did her Bachelors in Economics from Chris Cappell College, Vaniyakad,Mannam,North Paravoor. She completed Diploma in Special Education (specialised in autism spectrum disorder) from, Kusumagiri Training Institute, Kakkanad. She is an RCI licensed Rehabilitation Special Educator with an experience of 2 years in the field of Special Education, that includes conducting Individualized Education Programme & Group Teaching for children facing academic difficulties. She is very passionate in working with children having intellectual, physical & emotional disabilities.

Jofina Jayanson

Occupational Therapist

Jofina Jayanson received her Bachelor of Occupational therapy from Manipal University in 2023 and has subsequently worked with children, young people and their families in community, educational and acute hospital settings. She currently specializes in improving a child’s physical, social and emotional development, cognition, and sensory processing skills to help them function fully in daily life. She has experience working with a multitude of diagnoses and has a primary interest in those related to motor and neurodevelopmental dysfunctions. She currently treats kids of all ages with the primary goal of improving the quality of life of the children and their families.

Reshma K Joy(ASLP)

Audiologist and Speech Language Pathologist.

Reshma is an Audiologist and Speech Language Pathologist.She has completed Bachelors and Masters in Audiology and Speech Language Pathology from Naseema Institute of Speech and Hearing, Bangalore.She is certified in Oral Placement Therapy (Level 1).She has worked as a Speech Language Pathologist and treated both children and adults with language disorders.She is also very keen to do various certification courses that helps treat communication difficulties.

Mariya K John (BASLP)

Audiologist and Speech Language Pathologist

Mariya is an Audiologist and Speech Language Pathologist. She has completed her Bachelors degree in Audiology and Speech Language Pathology from National Institute for Empowerment of Persons with Multiple Disabilities(NIEPMD), Chennai. She is registered with REHABILITATION COUNCIL OF INDIA ( RCI). She has worked as a speech language pathologist in Catalyst Centre for Speech Therapy for 1.2 years. Her areas of expertise include evaluation and intervention of children with speech, language and communication disorders.
